At today’s Friday tea and biscuits meeting at BV, Danny kirmond was guest speaker. One of the topics he spoke of was the improvement of training/gym facilities at BV recently thanks to Michael. He said the players would be able to spend more time in the club environment instead of training at Featherstone all the time. Training starts Saturday November 2nd I believe he said. I will also add Danny is an excellent speaker.

Yep whatever it is, I’d like to hear something, even if it’s just due to unforeseen events there is another delay on any announcement. It’s the building up ones hopes again & then nothing which does my stack in!

As already said Danny was an excellent speaker. Talked about his new role at the club and involvement with the younger players. He spoke with real enthusiasm.

Always thought Danny came over really well on The Super League Show so no surprise there then.
On the new facilities its hard to tell from the pic what size they are. They look very limited but perhaps some one could supply the dimensions.

I heard last night that we have gone to the “dark side” and are doing pre-season training at Sandal RU!

Kirmo said at coffee morning at BV yesterday that they had a padded wrestle room at'BV and were going to use Sandal RU.

Is that because they are allowed to have the heating on at Sandal ??

Not trolling but I thought in this day and age that all SL clubs had padded wrestle rooms.
