I remember their announcer going through our team and when he got to Steve Ella at 6 a Wakey fan shouted “OK, that’s enough!”.

It’s been a while but if ever we needed to batter you Now’s the time, in fact I’d settle for winning with a drop goal we are that desperate.

To be honest I would say its us that are due a win over there. Wakey always play well against us at home and in fact have put big scores on us on the last few occasions.

Should be a cracker, both teams will be desperate to win for different reasons.

Yeah, about 4 months ago.

Will be interesting to see how we perform in this game, we looked full of confidence against KR but that is KR and I think Wigan will be too strong for us this time around, especially with the fact you need to pick up a win to cement the top 5.

I think we would have to be classed as strong favourites given recent form however Wakefield will have a bit of belief back after last weeks win and we always seem to find it difficult at their place.

How both teams start will be vital imo.

Although it has been great to get a run of wins under our belt I would not get over confident. We often seem to under perform at Wakey and we are still dependant upon the enthusiasm of some very green players. It would seem time for some older heads to push us around the park after all Wakey still have some considerable talents.

I think Mr Escaré will put a shift in this match, wanting to prove apoint.

Powell's not trained due to back spasms.

Imagine this will mean Tommy to 9. Interesting to see whether this means a start for Sammutt, or perhaps French in the halves with Burgess back on the wing.

Scratch that, looks like young Amir Bourough will get another appearance. Another youngster in the forwards!
