Hardaker needs service, it’s as simple as that. Hopefully he is here next year along with Hastings and I’m sure we’ll see an even better player.

Personally I think he’s been good this year. Not spectacular but consistently one of the best of a bad bunch.

Hardaker has been consistent and our best player this season IMO.

Yeah exactly that, our attacking structures aren’t there so we can’t get the best from him. It is good to see the effort from him though when it would be easy to disappear.

Hopefully we get some investment next year (as I think was planned for Edwards) and we can see better attacking structures and Zak benefit from that. We’re crying out for a new halfback but as much a nine with a running game too.

In Quebec yes, not nearly as much in Ontario which is where Toronto is. Ottawa and Montreal being very French.

Matty Lees looks decent, wouldn’t mind a punt on him or better still Morgan Knowles.

I think Lees is a bit weak in defence. In a less dominant side I reckon he'd be caught out a lot more.

One player I think the club should be interested in is George Lawler at Hull KR. He seems to have flown under the radar a far bit but I think he's got a tremendous work rate in attack and defence, is versatile and plays with real consistency.

Speaking of Rovers, one of the best props in the league right now is Mitch Garbutt. He could make a real difference to our front row.

Yeah I like Lawler, and also Mulhern who gets through a lot of work.

Interesting we are signing Clarke from Cas and Jake Bibby from Salford yet neither can make their current side. Dont see how either are going to improve us. Just look like bang average signings that cant make current mid table sl sides at the clubs they are at.

We are desperately ;lacking some quality signings

Ontario has the 2nd largest population of French in Canada

We’ve always looked for the potential in players, who can improve with us and that was always well and good but they always came in to a strong side. We’re now signing those players to come in to a weak side and they’re expected to improve us.

I’m awaiting our transfer business with interest. Unless it really picks up from the last few seasons then I will go in to 2020 with the realistic expectations that we’re a side akin to Wakey or Huddersfield and our aim should be to scrape the top five and class that as success.
