| There is an odd thing about Leigh, it happened with Armstrong constantly, after a match make a point of how injured he is and then still name him in the squad, then don't play him.
I'm pretty sure O'Neill is benched with a knee issue, brilliant if he isn't but I don't get the cod-psychology.
Talking of psychology, this is quite an important match in that regard. We seem to have got results against odds and been absolutely shambolic at other times and yet will be bouncing after some great recent performances.
Same goes of Saints.
They seem to be more of a force defensively but at least they seem to have some stability in the backs but I'll be interested to see how they fill the hooker role.
It is still incredibly stupid that we only face each other now having played a few teams 3 times already.

| I hope we know what we’re doing with O’Neill and his knee injury. Because we didn’t seem to with Armstrong.
Another one made to stay on injured till half time as well.

| One of the in-form teams are saints, There attack leaves a lot to be desired but are one of the best defencive outfits in the comp - Matty Lees and Morgan Knowles are are two of the best forwards in the comp also. there points difference is due to playing Salford three times.
If we defend to any kind of decent level I think we can win this one. We always seems to have points in us.
This will be another cracker and a hard one to call.

| Same kind of 80 minutes just like we did against Hkr, and we win this. Kendall is the ref though, so owt could happen.

| Great win for us that. We looked fatigued after our 2 recent games (last one in 30 degrees), and a short turnaround. I thought Wellens choice of managing his player selection, and positioning was baffling. They had no structure or any idea in attack. A nice rest now, and recuperate until the 1st Aug.

Well what did happen with Kendall as the ref is that you won and deservedly so great game to watch. We need the refs no ref no game and if you would have lost I am pretty sure it would have been the ref's fault. Anyway congrats on a great month for the Lobbies as they have took some good scalps, nothing to fear for you guy's now.

| It's fair to discuss officials performances just like players. The point i was trying to make was that Kendall can be pretty inconsistent quite often. I thought he let the game flow a bit last night despite both teams slowing down the ruck.
When I read the $h!te on the Pie forum, and excuses in abundance, it's absolutely laughable.
Anyway;
Find me a post where I have blamed the ref when we've lost? I'll wait.

| I suppose a season that got off to a 1-0 win at Wigan was always going to be wacky
We've ground out results but then had shockers at home vs Wakefield and Hull which blunted the hopefulness
Maybe not so much now after last night
Badrock went well replacing Brand and Hughes has been on a bit of a tear recently with his input.
That we have done this without Mulhern should be highlighted.
During the low times this season and missing out of getting Amone back there were calls that we needed X positions filling and our bench wasn't strong enough and where I do agree with the sentiment we've now started firing.
We clearly just have to weather any storm when we rotate our pack mid game and we can come out on top but Matt and Alec are turning up and Joffa is quite the signing
Long way to go yet but the roses are smelling lovely

| The goal line defence was the best we've seen all season, given the number of errors we made to allow them sets in our half. And a nilling would've been a fair reflection but obviously they weren't going to defend that scrum with the same intensity as they would if the game was live, given the effort they've put in.
Would've been happy with one win in the last 4, so to get 3 is massive for us. And all 3 have been different types of games and had to win in different ways, which is encouraging.
