Neither glass half full or empty. Just a realist.

Possibly the worst second half I've seen in decades. Bar the two tries, was there actually a completed set of 6. Dire.

I'd swap BMM and Akuoala for that Wakey 24 (the guy with the top knot), in a heartbeat. He destroyed us in that first half.

Massive improvement needed.

2 points, Wire. Onward.

Fafita plagued with back pain...however, who wouldn't swap BMM for him. I would in a heartbeat.

Just read SP's comments.
I mustn't have been at the same match.
He's looking half full and I understand it's pleasing to not allow Wakey to score for 79 minutes but it was an altogether scrappy performance.
Philbin played well as did Davies and both Clarks as well as Cooper. Mamo possibly MOM.
Left edge was weak - regardless of what Currie said in the week. Johnson was caught out on more than one occasion.
Pattons performance wasn't a complete one but he put some decent kicks and passes in.
Austin was a little bit and miss - lovely step for the try.

We were poor again but still put 30 on a stronger Wakefield side than I was expecting.
Still a prop short but fitness is a plus.

Fitness alone with another scrappy attack won't be enough...and I'm not 100% SP is switch on for a win against the Saints at this point in the season.

On a plus Lineham is back.

I was unable to get to the match today so did a bit of scouting on Saints, and let me tell you they will know they have to improve hugely as well.

They made a lot of unforced errors
They game away a lot of penalties
Coote and.Makinson were very poor under the high ball

And.perhaps most significantly, minus Roby, they looked quite slow.and vulnreable at acting half. Clarke would have had a field day.

Leeds were winning the 2nf half 6-0 until two tries in the last 6 mins when Leeds were down to 12.

Plenty for Saints to work on

Clutching at straws just a bit.

The void in pack size is so transparent.
We need a true 3rd prop.
Make shift impacts and 2nd row converts aren't the answer.
We'llbe toast next week.

We make more yards off the refs whistle. Steve Price need to spend less time in the kings Head and st heath and more time on the training pitch.

Chill out Duckie... hehe

That's you £24 richer, then. You jammy sod.
As your nom de plume suggests, you would have been singing about your state of miserableness , watching that tripe, if you'd've gone. Seriously. No wonder only 8500 turn up, when fayre like this is being served. Even the Women's World Cup football would've been more entertaining. Is it any wonder, attendances are down, and TV viewers are no longer watching, so we are constantly put on "backwater" channels.
Umpteen errors, muppetry refereeing, players who plainly aren't good enough for this level (from both sides), yet the same old well worn clichés will have been trotted out by the coaches.

As that glorified Butlin's Redcoat, Robbie Williams, once "sang"..... "Let me entertain you"...... Not here you won't, pal.
