I am organising some fundraising breakfasts at the George Hotel for two of England's Four Nations games and the final.
The proceeds of these events were all going to be given to the Mayor of Kirklees 2010 Charity Appeal in support of Combat Stress http://www.combatstress.org.uk/ Following the tragic events of last Friday the proceeds from the New Zealand game on the 23rd October will be passed on to the dependents of Matthew Smith formerly of Siddal ARLFC. With 6 Giants players in the squad it would be nice to see a few of you at The George supporting the team. the Mayors Appeal and a devastated rugby league family. Please see below for details.
