Thanks to the RFLs stupid Decision to relegate 5 teams this season (Good luck to the Championship 2 promoted side they will have a tough task to stay up next season) we are in the battle to avoid the 5th relegation place only 2 points clear with a game in hand with an almost certain defeat this coming sunday the good news is that five of the 9 teams we are due to play are in the bottom 6 so our fate is in our own hands our likely rivals are Workington and Whitehaven looking at the schedules we should stay up quite easily and sneak into the top 8 playoffs but we cant afford to have any more shock results last season 39 points made the top 8 so thats just another 4 wins

If we go down it'll be our own fault the only stupid decisions I'll be looking at is the ones that have come from the players and coaching staff

Simple 4 down no team promoted from Championship 2 Whitehaven and Workington are far better than York or Oldham and as stated before will be the whipping boys next season or perhaps more fairer a playoff match between 5th from bottom and top of C2

So nothing to play for in Div 3 this season.

Just what everyone's been complaining about for years .......

The "stupid decision" was to extend Div 2 to 14 clubs ten minutes before the decision to restructure to two twelves. If we'd left things as they were, there'd've been no problem. We just can't stick with anything, can we ?

No doubt the restructure will be restructured in two years.......

I have looked at you coming fixtures for the rest of this season , and think you WILL survive , I said at the seasons beginning your squad was a bit thin , and have been proved right , you have missed Armstrong at centre , but still have class in your squad to beat the drop .Playing at Owlerton has been a big negative , you always seem to make your moves towards the end of season play-offs , beware the wounded Seagull , should be other clubs motto .My 5 for the drop ?Barrow , Rochdale , Swinton ,NW Crusaders ,and Haven .

I expect you to lose on Sunday , but then start to pick up points .Good Luck after Sunday .
