I'm surprised he hasn't been hired by North Norfolk digital but on that bombshell I wish him a long and happy retirement.

Thought he was a decent commentator

Despite his rovers bias he did say it how it is which is what you want

He was an awful presenter. Burnsie constantly bollocking for breathing down the mike. Inane questions. Then there’s the infamous one minute silence, when commentating on a Catalan game, talk through it constantly and couldn’t understand why people were giving him the eye.

Will not be missed.
