Hull FC coach Lee Radford admits there is a real possibility scrum-half Marc Sneyd could be sidelined for the rest of the 2018 campaign.

Very worrying indeed. Connor is a very capable deputy, but Sneyd is massive for us in the big moments. Fingers crossed he can play some part.

Massive loss if true. MOTM in the last 2 CC semi finals and back to back lance todd trophy wins tells you how important he is to us. With kelly out for a month at least it really causes us some issues at a key time in the season

Fingers crossed for that second scan. To lose him for four weeks or so is a blow, for him to miss the rest of the season would clearly make any success on the pitch very tough to say the least.

The guy wins us so many games just by his boot alone. Even if he is anonymous ball in hand one game you can guarantee he'll still be slotting kicks over and on hand to knock a drop goal over if needed. A true match winner, and would be a massive disappointment to lose his for the season.

Matty smith on loan from saints if Sneyd is out all season? Another very good kicker...

As good as Connor is it's Sneyds sniping kicks to touch and tide turning 40/20s we'll get nowhere without. If his season is over, so is ours.
All men are created equal, some work harder in preseason.

This will be a great opportunity for Connor though. We often see young players get given a chance when an established player is injured and this is where they flourish.
If Connor is as good as we say he is (and the amount of MOM performance at half back does tell a lot), Sneyd may struggle to get back in the team.
