As predicted on another thread, London away first game.
Continue to support the new stadium at Newmarket Lane.
You know it makes sense.
Wakefields roller coaster ride continues.

So, our loop fixtures are:

Leeds, Huddersfield, Wigan = Home
Hull, London, Warrington = Away

I'm guessing we'll get Cas at Magic

We should play the teams finishing in even postions (2,4,6,8,10,12) in the loop fixtures, but Cas (4th)have been replaced by Wigan (1st)

Not bad distribution of fixtures with a lot more more home games on Sundays (so far)

Thursday = 4: 2 home (Catalans & Warrington) 2 away (including Easter at Cas + Wigan)
Friday = 7: 2 home 5 away
Saturday = 4: 2 home 2 away
Sunday = 12: 7 home 5 away
Monday = 1: Leeds Home - Easter Monday
+ Magic?

Quirks:
We play 4 home games in a row, rounds 7-10
We play Leeds at home in consecutive home games (Round 12 22nd April then a big gap to Round 17 9th June)
No home league games in May.
We play London and Hull away twice before we play them at home.

Generally a good set of fixtures which should allow for some increased support.

Bring it on.

I might have imagined this, but didn't I read that we play Catalans at magic as it is 5th vs 7th?

Ranked after GF: Wigan > Warrington > Saints > Cas

Prize money split like this too.

In the end Cas only finished one place above us :)

Could be. That would give Magic fixtures as:

Wigan St Helens
Warrington Castleford
Wakefield Catalans
Huddersfield Hull FC
Salford Hull KR
Leeds London

Seems a fairer system.

Catalans away is nicely placed in July. Could make a very enjoyable long weekend of that one.
This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

Heard we've got saints at magic. Pity as I miss the Derby games at magic :(
"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."

An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.
