Any update on the date of the public meeting?

Andrea Jenkyns assistant had it provisional booked for Unity Works in late November! As such, he was struggling to find another venue before Christmas and also Andrea is getting married in December anyway, so it was proving difficult. I understand that they are looking at getting something sorted early in the New Year.
Change is inevitable

Does anyone know the significance, if any, of 5 years elapsing since the planning was granted?
Does it change the situation?

I would say from a recent development that affected me that it would Khlav.
In my case they waited until 3 weeks before the pp ran out and just laid a short section of sewerage pipe.
Gives them another 5 years.
