Don't think it will be a signing. Seems deliberately criptic to me, sponsorship etc.

Hope I am wrong and it is a big prop etc but just doesn't feel like it will be.

I'd love to wake up and find out Scott Taylor has signed up for five years. I think that would be my announcement of choice.
