 FB 1 Sam
 RW 34 Burgess
 RC 22 Gelling
 LC 17 Thornley
 LW 5 Richards
 SO 6 Green
 SH 7 Smith
 P 15 Flower
 H 23 Logan
 P 10 Mossop
 SR 11 Hansen
 SR 12 Farrell
 LF 13 O'Loughlin

 S 16 Tuson
 S 21 Taylor
 S 26 Crosby
 S 32 Hampshire

Rested - Charnley, Goulding (probably injured anyway) and McIlorum
 Dropped - Dudson

Whilst it would be beneficial to finish 4th, I'd rather us build some form now and try to get the core of the side running out every week. Having said that I would like Burgess, Gelling and Hampshire to get just that little bit extra experience before the play offs in case injuries kick in (well, I'd have Hampshire on the bench in the play offs too but that's another question)

Whilst I don't really disagree with the teams picked up to now, I do think that Hansen especially needs a break, on Saturday he and Farrell ran and tackled themselves almost to a standstill.
I think Tuson would be an adequate replacement who Wigan could get a lot of minutes out of to at least replace one of them and if need be the other could be on the bench.
I also wish that Tuson was staying, he seems to be a smaller version of Hanson who will work all day. |

Hansen deserves a rest, could barely stand up at points during the final.

Cant play any worse.....by the sounds of it we are missing Ellis,O'Meley,Lynch and Pitts....so Bowden,Green,Johnson and Hadley should be in. |

I disagree. Last Saturday was the first time our strongest line-up made it onto the field in a very long time. Injuries permitting (Goulding - Head Test?) then surely we need to build some form (and confidence) going into the playoffs. We are only looking at approx five games left of the season, now is the time to start putting some points on the board and have the rival teams around us to sit up and take notice of us! |

I agree, no need for wholesale changes, we need at least Sam, Green, Smith and Lockers out there, plus most of the rest. I'd have said McIlorum too but I know he's had a couple of niggles and hasn't had a rest for a while |
