Shatics v QPR kick-off brought forward!

A hollow gesture that will only have a negative effect on the crowd size, as the QPR fans now face a 6am departure!
Not that having the kick-off any time on Saturday would have any positive impact on the home crowd figure - who on earth is going to be able to leave the DW at 1425 and get home for a 1430 kick-off?
cockney liar of course are spinning it in a way that would make even the teenage looters look angelic!!!

It`s a pathetic gesture - designed to increase the number of Pathetics supporters. And when this has no effect whatsoever on the size of the crowd, the Pathetics pathetic chairman will explain it away as a lot of people who normally watch football have gone to Wembley instead.

This changes nothing. The fact still remains if Wigan have a home game scheduled for Friday and Latics for Saturday, theres only one team changing their fixture. Anyone who thinks different is deluded.

On the face of it an OK gesture.
BUT, his past record, since he gave up on us shows that DW has only 2 interests. Latic's and Dave Whelan. This is just another way to get himself in the news, where he likes to be.

Stands back in amazement. Not defending him but I think this is genuine gesture. The bitter element amongst latics fans will be watching hoping we get smashed but there are some who simply prefer soccer to Rugby (simpletons) who will want to watch the game.
