Good game to advertise Championship Rugby. Widnes it has to be said are a very poor side. Not too far to travel for our away game against them next season, hoping all goes well for us.

Beat me to it Chris! 21-20, with a Sammut drop goal 30 seconds from the end! Brilliant result for London.

I echo your sentiments about our future.

Hansen must be wondering how Leigh managed to beat them 3 times this year.

Talk about a massive opportunity for us missed.

Well done London either way, carrying their end of season form forward into the 8s.

When London levelled after being 14-4 behind, Widnes heads dropped, and also they didn't look that interested. Liam Finn had a terrible game.

Battye just saying how they worked hard on the ' scenario ' of closing out a tight game in training , are we just bad at it or don't we bother working at things like that ?

Only one game gone and the competition has already got more interesting.........isn’t it a shame that we are not in it?

They just had a player who could dropkick a ball. One we should have had.

No it wasn't , it was a planned move to pass to one player who would draw the defenders and then pass to another giving him more time

They were more organised than Widnes , Widnes need a new coach before it’s too late !

Best Widnes can do now is the million pound game.
Could be great middle 8s if other champ clubs step up. Pity we didn’t make it think we could have at least made the million pound game.
