Terrible match this. But cant see Catalans getting a win out of this with at least 2, potentially 3, of their biggest players not coming back. Their forwards are gonna be struggling big time in the last 20.

Looking at the bench and only having 2 props feared the worst. The 2 head knocks for Cats levelled it up . Not sure how many players missing today? Lots of effort but bit nieve against a team looking for a penalty at every PTB. Oakes looked solid compared to last season and Lawler could be a top player it seems? Garbutt immense again but ultimately lost a very winnable game at home again.

I thought Oakes and Vai Vai were poor at fault for a couple of tries |

The use of Atkin was just bizarre. He only seemed to be on the pitch for about 15/20 minutes during the full game. For me he offers not only a lot more than Drinkwater and Maguire in the halves but also more than Addy at hooker. So why he was only given so little time is a mystery to me. Him and Addy should have been the other way round.
