So effectively Super League will now do what it wants and the rest of us will be invited to take an eye-watering anatomical excursion.
Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently.

Bad call.

No offence to Ralph but now was the time we needed fresh blood, fresh ideas and an outside view to take all the emotion out of the situation.

Rock and a hard place. On the one hand don't want Eric Pollard and co leading a self centred exodus, on the other don't want more of the same RFL!

So why not go out to the market and bring in someone who knows sport, has negotiated TV contracts, understands the media, worked maybe globally........ not Woods right hand puppet.

Given the current in-fighting between the RFL and SLE I can't imagine any credible candidate wanting the job. With the game's biggest stakeholders so divided, the sport is headed for a shit-storm and nobody wants that stain on their CV.
I wish everyone would read bramleyrhino's post two or three times just to get it through some thick skulls

Mr bramleyrhino speaks a lot of sense.
