What an old fashioned slog in the mud that game was. It's hard to pick out players on that game but I would say Scott and Miles stood out for me. Unhappy with the 1st half, delighted with the 2nd half. Grove, shudds. Durham, Pale Ice 3.9 % Mmm!

Mind you Salty didn't miss much and Mitch put in some good tackles. As my great friend Hudd shay says difficult to pick anyone out a good team effort.
The team looks happier this season to me, any thoughts on this/why?
A great defensive display, at half time I was worried, second half seemed to be played in our 20 at times.
Having said that given the score both sides could claim a good defensive display.
Best bit for me, Luke once again leading the team to the fans and then last of the field shouting "up the ref" the Batley fans loved that.
Great display both teams on a typical Summer Rugby Day.

Actually that's a lot different to all the above, just goes to show we all see different things in different players, Robbo was imense, Bracek, etc etc.

tbh alot of players were on form today we needed to be agree about Bracek and Ambler was great as usual but went for these guys as they shephereded the defence manificently in the 2nd half and kaye has come on leaps and bounds this season

It was a hard fought match. Well done to all the team
One thing that stands out from this match and the Leigh match is our fitness is 100% better this season and better than the clubs we have played so far.
Well done all the players back room staff and the Fans today were awesome. More Fax there than than Batley
