On point 3 I suppose the nature of his injury may impact on that depending upon the current prognosis

To be fair he deserves it really as impressed and kicked on this year dont understand why 2 year though when hes outfor next 9 month with acl

You can't wait for him to get fit and then start the contract, what is he meant to live on? Ditto the other way around . He will probably be available around May time, so one year won't be enough.

Most likely he would have got a one-year deal but the injury saw to that, so the club has probably (a guess) spread that contract out over two years with a bit of padding to make it work. This way we will get more like a season and a half out of him at little more expense.

He's also got has van driving job to help out his finances

Im not having ago like i say has improved and deserves his contract but will he lose some of his altetisim which is is main asset time will tell do hopw he comes through stronger for it though.as a fan its just a bit worrying how many of our outside backs are going to be fit every week and in TL case free from suspension.if your to be honest TJ BT Cant be relied on and to a lesser extent MJ and LG miss afair few games through injury too

I'm really pleased that Kershaw is staying.
Certainly one of our most exciting players with ball in hand.

If he can improve again next season, we will have a fine player on our books !
