Acton may have local connections but he is a penalty machine who cannot keep his head. Remember he has a five match ban to serve.
Plenty have tried to tame him, all have failed. An ideal player for Toronto I would say, he would fit right in. His ill discipline would suit them.

I saw the link suggesting he was being looked at, only saw the one article probably same as you, so if there was anything in it who knows.
Going to have the same problems though, trying to tempt guys away from home to come and live down here. Still need to nail down a couple of the current squad
