No, I haven't seen much of him at all, but you may have put your finger on a key weakness there.

He has got good hands, but he is not very big.
He works hard... but he is not very big.

How big was Chris Hill when he first came over from Leigh? Too early to talk about weaknesses yet and anyway I doubt he's been signed thinking he's the finished article. Quick, good hands and works hard will do for me at this stage.

Chris Hill is about 6ft 3 and Matt Davis is about 5ft 9 so even if Davis bulks up a bit he will still be small in height for a forward.

However, he has similar height and build to Sid Domic who had a good career in SL.

iirc, Les Boyd was a bit of a short bottom, and well under 6 foot.

He didn't turn out to bad, did he?
Neither glass half full or empty. Just a realist.

I have to think back when I have ever attempted to tackle forwards I have been happier wrapping around tall players. Those that are 5ft 8ins high & wide I have tried to steer clear of. He looked pretty solid to me ... so we'll see.
In addition our new Aussie recruit Jason Clark isn't that tall either ... big legs though.

Kurt Sorensen was only 5ft10" and 16st. Kevin Tamati was 5ft10" and only 15st. Two of the finest props and toughest guys I've watched.

Strangely Sorensen used to go missing when Boyd was on the pitch and re appear when he went off!
Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.
