Peltier forces a knock on after the kick off. Quick hands then sees Johnson score to the right of the post. Chisholm converts.

Chisholm's kick splits the defence and Rickett plucks it out of the air to score. Chisholm converts from the touchline.

Jon done. Pitch was muddy, very wey but definitely playable. So correct decision to get it on and well done Hunslet for work they put in.

Great effort. Had a bit of a wobble around 10 minutes either side of half time (couldn't believe Hunslet went for the two) but apart from that, we looked in control.

Johnson and Peltier were outstanding and i thought Wood had his best game.

Mcnallys injury didn't look good.

Crude and slow Whino, your attack was no better than that of a clumsy child.

Would've been more there had the decision to play been taken a bit earlier.

Thought we were immense. The first and last quarters were where we really played well with Hunslet getting a spell in the middle part of the game. They were gradually coming back at us until we got some momentum up again and held onto the ball. The pack won it for us today with Peltier having a particularly eye catching game. He made so many metres after contact and wore the opposition down. We managed to play some great rugby too despite the conditions. Ethan Ryan's finish was superb, perhaps even better than the try versus Batley last year.

Thought the lads promoted from the reserves did ok. Andrade lost a bit of ball but always made ground. He still looks a bit raw and short of match fitness so hopefully we'll get some more reserve games organised. Oakes looked decent in the centres. Rickett took his try well and Kirk and Halafihi worked very hard.

Our Hudders loanees probably had their best games for us too. Hope we hang on to them.
