The Dingle: I did once get involved in an extremely vigorous game of "kiss chase" there. It started off as "kick can lurky" but one thing leads to another. Yer know.

What does confuse me is Price said throughout the season he was happy with what he gives the team. Was this just a fib and he was secretly disappointed as he didn't need to say anything.

Coach offering public support to underperforming player is fairly standard, try and bolster his confidence. The alternative would be a Mourinho style public slating, I prefer the former.
