On the club Twiter page on Friday it sis 24hrs to the start of pre-season training. Anyone have news about how it went or what took place ect.

They did Shibden Park hills on Saturday and it was a tough session according to my mate. RM wants them fit (so do we all)

Absolutely, our step up in fitness last season from the previous ones probably got us a half dozen points, as opposed to the half dozen we lost under KH. The hard work now will reap dividends come the start of the season.

We are lucky to have the beasts of Shibden Hills, been used for years by every coach.

The lads must feel challenged when the Asst. Coach is the size of a house and looks like he could still knock the crap out of people.
