Gelling deserves the spot in my opinion. He has been consistently good since the Leeds game in May and has cemented the right Centre spot for next year.

Leeds lost almost all their games by very narrow margins - they deserved to finish sixth of course, but were very competitive even in the games which they lost. Saints, OTOH, had a few blow outs. Those different variables are inevitably reflected in the stats of individuals accumulated over the season.

Consistently good? He's blown hot and cold all year. The last few games he's looked to have tightened up his defence but the return of Joel has helped with that.

Just goes to show how Roby has been in a team that gets blow out scores against it, he still out performs.
