Crowd of only 6,195. That suggests to me 6,105 Catalans supporters and around 30 retired miners from Castleford and their families were in attendance.

If that's your logic, then catalans away record this season and their record at headingly (never won there) is just as good a reason for them not winning.

There was never 9,000 there. It looked about half empty and only holds about 13,000 doesn't it?

Rubbish, looked easily 9,000 if not more. Stand behind the sticks was all but full, stand behind the cameras was full except for one block of seats.

Lots of empty seats on show earlier this evening and... true to form... some dodgy official feed (this time on twitter) announces another bullshit attendance figure alongside all the other bullshit attendance figures that club just happens to be notorious for.

Not many Cas fans in attendance and a nothing game for Catalans.

Doesn't agree with the official attendance figure posted by the home club on it's official social media page on the day of the game.
Posts a load of previous (official?) attendance figures from undisclosed sources going back half a decade to prove he's right.
