But it isn't City, is it, it is primarily their landlords, and why do you think they would agree to any deal which was anything below a commercial rate? Indeed, can they? Bearing in mind the owners are basically a pension fund or something and presumably therefore have a duty to maximise returns for the beneficiaries?

We'd be looking to use VP for between 13-17 matchdays, providing we can find somewhere else to host our reserve/age group teams.

All perfectly true, but none of it justifies the idea that we'll automatically get a deal at 50% of the rate City are paying now. People keep posting as though it's a done deal just waiting for a bull's signature when there is nothing, anywhere which indicates that this is so.

It may be true that the new board have already concluded a deal; who knows? Given the truth of all you say it may be for less than half City's rent, we just don't know what may have been decided - if anything has. To be honest mate I'll be glad when we find something out for definite - one way or the other.

Im sure they said that this would not be cashed in if administration was going to happen. 1/2 million down a big black hole.. someones going to have some explaining to do.

Except that the Board which said whatever it said was ousted by the new board. It is the new board that has led us into administration. Nobody can know what would have happened had we stuck with the old board. But they did not put us into administration.

It bought another six weeks to try and find a solution and that was all I thought it was going to do when I pledged

Amen. But when I PAID (as opposed to PLEDGED) Hood & Co. had been given notice. I still paid, precisely to buy the time, but feared that Caisley's crew would take us into administration. Now we have had official confirmation that no potential buyer even cam forward to them, so the remarks they made when coming in now just ring completely hollow. ANYBODY could have come in and found NOBODY and found NOTHING - while spending another shedload of cash (which no doubt has come out of the Bulls' coffers) on financial stocktakes. Wonder how much money went down that particular pan?
