Almost as pleasing as the game itself is the fact that this week's winner actually won predicting a Wire Win as for most of the marking this week it looked like a joint win for a trio that had predicted a defeat for the P&B but a first try time of 7 minutes...you know who you are ha ha
This week's winner was pretty much the last post, without blowing his trumpet he is Leigh's busiest man and a welcome visitor it's Jorah Mormant AKA Bent & Bongser who sits on top of the Prediction Iron Throne this week with 11 points. The rest of us were heading beyond the wall and will miss out on our Crosse and Blackwell beans by varying degrees as follows,

A mixed bag of a result given our form and the starting line up, plenty of people predicted a loss and they weren't disappointed Quite a few big hitters this week on the prediction front but the poster who delivered the the biggest blow this week was Moving Forward with a knockout 22 points whilst the rest of us were swinging handbags by varying degrees as follows

The Wire bucked the trend this week as an away side failing to get back home with the two points. Were we really surprised looking at the form of our hosts added to potential pre Wembley jitters ah well onwards and upwards..

I have returned from my ill timed holiday and watched the Challenge Cup on the I player this morning and I must say how brilliant was that...thoroughly enjoyable a complete team performance made even sweeter with Peacock's pre match prediction and McManus's post match reaction (the clue is in both surnames).
I hope that Moving On had a few pennies on Clark for Lance Todd as he will have to be satisfied with one lot of bonus ten points like the rest of us that predicted a Wire win. Apologies to Wire n Steel, we have two Clark's but no Clarke I'd have given it on an initial for the first name but non specific and misspelled is a step too far even, though I think that the Prediction collective would have thought you meant Daryl.
