Who did he come on for in the second half? Was too tense to look but seemed like he came on and didn't come off?

He came on for bmm, around 55 to 60 minutes, went in at right centre and toby went into the backrow

Just watched it back as I wondered the same. Yes, replaced Murdoch-Masila in 54th minute, with King going to second row. And yes for the rest of the game.
