Woods needs to be looking at bulking up and aiming to be a ball playing 13. Probably doesn't have the pace to succeed as a top level half.

The boy's 21 now. I think he falls into that category of player who could well still make it, but will need to find a club away from Wigan to get gametime and improve.

No shame in that at all, when you produce as many players as we do you can't keep them all. Hopefully moves on and makes a success of it like the Luke Robinsons & Kev Browns of the world.

Maybe French is suspect in defence that's why he not in the NRL

Fair enough, when you have as many players come through the academy as we do then you can't keep them all.

Parra love Gutherson, and more recently Smith has stepped up and is in favour. French would be a great bit of business for us.

Hastings is an outstanding player but it’s really not that good of a deal and it’s probably a year or two early for Wigan. He’ll be gone after a year and Wigan’s recruitment so far suggest you won’t have the squad or coach to make the most of his talents
