Another really good match up in prospect.
Trinity buoyed by their win against Huddersfield, with a great second half performance, travel to the sweltering inferno of the Stade Gilbert Brutus.
It's always a warm reception over there and with record breaking temperatures all over Europe and current forecast of 31c for 6pm (kick off), its going to hot, hot, hot !
Great for the fans but less so for the players.
Catalan have their own injury problems at the moment and playing in such temperatures will test the fitness of all who take the field.
With our pack having found some mettle and form and Tupou slotting seamlessly back in, there is every chance of coming back with more than a sun tan and this could be the start of a final push to secure a play off spot.

Hope we have plenty going over there for a game which is always a highlight of the season and lets all enjoy the sun and the game.

Come on Trin !

Following on from Friday, and the way we seemed to grow in confidence as the game went on, feeling pretty confident that we could nick this one.

Mrs EW dropped a little hint the other day, that for our birthday weekend, that we are Spain bound, and fly out on Thursday.

Hopefully, if that is the case, will see some of you down there

This is a very important game for us now. The win against the Giants was great but it counts for little if we slip back to the mistake filled game.
We may not win but we need to show we are turning the corner for confidence.

We have the hardest run in of all the teams below us so we need to keep the momentum.

We can win this game & should win this game, however, I am no party pooper, but note, Catalan had 7 first teamers out today, most except bird will be back for Wakey, all as planned by them, targeting us-this match.
My main concern is the number of injuries we always get when we play them, sometimes caused by dubious means !! ???
However, up the trin !!!

I'll be very surprised if any of the Bookies think the same. Reckon we'll get about 8- 10 start.
