It’s a Roberto Firmino celebration (that Firmino started doing after he had an eye injury).

Toby said it was that in a post match interview with Jenna Brooks.

That reminds me of another try celebration that puzzled me. Why was Kevin Penny buttering a round of toast (well that's what I assumed his mime was)?

I don't know why they bother competing with the try celebrations, as they simply will never match Nat Wood's legendary effort against Wigan in 2004 where he nipped into one end of the concourse for a hot dog and pint and came out the other. If I recall Steve Ganson gave him a serious ticking off for it at the time!
