Featherstone v Fax. : Fri Feb 22, 2019 10:12 am  
Is anyone going? Are you confident? A month ago I would have had this down as a Fax win. Now, after the performances to date, i'm not so sure. Undoubtedly we are more than capable of going to POR and getting the points but not if we repeat the three previous displays. Let's hope our pre-season has ended now and we can show our best form and get what would be a vital win to really kick start our season. Up The Fax!

Pete , after watching both Fax and Fev in the last 2 Leigh games I feel I can predict a Fev win by about 12 points.When we played Fax we were very poor , not much in attack or defence, but last week we had improved vastly to beat Fev, for me the Boas brothers will get better as the season progresses, they run the Fev team, but Fev have a fine Aussie hooker and a mobile pack, and with home advantage should be enough to see Fev win.
For me Fax lack ideas , though enthusiasm is there to see,Anyway a Fev win.Charlie knows. :wink: :arrow: :wink: :wink:

Won’t be going to this one as I’m away in the Lakes.
Fax form and performances all over the place.
I still haven’t figured out our display in the Batley game so like you not so sure on what to expect next.
Can we win at POR yes, will we, no.
Prediction, a close run affair but due to the same old problems with discipline and consistency and conceding too many points as a result, Rovers by 10.

Going,but with no great expectations.Squad listing looks pretty drab with no Reece-Chapman,Butler and no use again of our pathetic DR policy.They tend to turn up when i begin to write them off though...

Having now seen the squad Ben Kaye will strengthen us up in the middle if he plays so revised result is Fev by 8. :lol:

Not their today Robin but followed it on twitter and it sounded like a rout and I bet our pack got rolled over today.
We’ve never replaced Callahane, Tangata and the likes of Maher.
Fax on paper were close to, if not at full strength today and this makes it 130 points conceded in the last 4 games to negatively complement our clueless attack and rank discipline.

This is what happens when you have no meaningful preseason and don’t address the self inflicted issues when the season gets underway.
