Anyone watching the replay of the vid would note that Green did not warrant a red card: He tackled the sheffield player by grabbing his shirt from behind. The player kept running forward Green came around the front of him. and when the Eagles player tried to duck under his challenge Green went over his head and with the bent arm attempted to compleat the tackle, This is when the eagles player took exception and presumably threw a punch. Green was the first Player out of the Mellee, the ref even got it wrong by calling Minchello out for the punishment.
If guilty fair enough!But basically the sending off sufficient by the panel, is admission of no charge to answer, as the graded offence seemingly was quashed by the verdict! So the only ones to suffer are us the supporters and the Players left on the field. Where is the actual justice in that?
