York at home this weekend. As we know from last year they are very tough opposition and their massive win over Barrow (who are no mugs) shows they’re bang in form.

Given our lack of forwards and the fact that our halfbacks and backs haven’t really “clicked” we could be in for a torrid time. One can only hope the Sheffield defeat has given us a “kick up the backside”. I’m not expecting a win.

My team would be

Pickersgill – needs a good game soon or I’d give Stephenson a run.
Hitchcox
Webster – comes back in for Evans I think
Oakes – deserves to keep his place.
Ryan
Lilley – only in because Keyes isn’t fit and is a bit more experienced than Milnes

Garside – looked good last week and deserves a start

Bit of a head scratcher this. Dont think we need massive changes as we got two good wins early on, and one player cost us the game against a good Sheffield team. We did well to stay in it as long as we did. As Bullseye said, York will be bouncing this weekend as they walloped Barrow (no mean feat) and pushed Toronto all the way. Can expect them to start very very fast like last time.

Pickersgill - like Bullseye said needs a good game as we are looking shaky at the back.

Really hope Stortons involved as he is a quality player. Hallas and Oakes unlucky to miss out as both started seaaon well.

For me I'd be going...

Pickersgill – needs to be given more time... his development won't be helped by being booted out of the team

Magrin - Only because Peltz, Bustin, Green and Wilson missing. We need two props on interchange for me

I hoping for an improvement from Krasniqi as he's had chance to get to know his new teammates.

By Kear's comments after the game on Saturday I think he would have been lucky to get another game had it not been for a shortage of props.

I thought he was very lazy. Constantly trying to take shortcuts and give cheap penalties away by stealing the ball.

I wasn’t impressed either with Krasniqi. If he carries on like that Toronto can have him back and we may as well throw Keelan Foster in.

Storton will move on to play at an higher level.Farrell as found is level.
