I think the tough away games at the start are of benefit. They are genes were normally struggle in, and with the ground needing doing by the time we get in we have the chance to build momentum with lots of home games and easier away games.

Swap Singleton and Oledzki round and I would go with that. I only say that because Singleton for me isn’t an impact player, but a grinder.

Hopefully, you'll take us lightly like everyone has already. We played a weak Hudds team and won and beat a confident London team after having flu ravage the squad and not do any training last week, 24 - 0. You can only play what's in front of you.

We're a stronger team than last year, so should be a good game. Historically, you are our bogey side, but we'll take heart from our last meeting at the AJ Bell. I have a feeling that you'll sneak a win, but it will be a far more open game than a lot of Leeds fans think and may go either way.

Nobody is taking you lightly just putting a real perspective on your 2 wins thus far.
Id happily swop our 2 opening fixtures for yours that's facts.

Exactly this, aside from the last sentence!
I can't really pick results yet because Leeds are still settling and forming combinations. I think we're 3-4 players short of a winning side, but we will get the odd result.
These away games don't bother me because all the return fixtures will be at spanking new HQ and hopefully with the team in better form, where we might have a chance of good results against nominally better opposition. Right now Furner is still learning about his players.

Myler is a strange one - player of the season in a struggling side last year, he does put the effort in and has good moments... but never a player I've been excited about even before his Rhinos days. Then again with the way our pack has been, any half would have struggled to show their best form.
