Cheer me up Rogues by being a good fellow and posting this on Redvee.
There are still some giggles to be had over in that echo-chamber they call a forum. The injustice of last Saturday still rankles with most of them.
The Saints' fans problem is that they don't live in the same realistic world as us.
We expect to win nothing, and usually win something - which is always a nice surprise. But they expect to win everything, and usually win nothing - which is the exact opposite.
They are also immune to learning the lessons of these defeats. 'Who is the next big star (flake) we can sign who will win trophies for us?' While as Rogues points out here, it's more about instilling a winning culture from the grass-roots up, and developing players who are really committed to your cause, not who are more interested in going home as soon as they get a new gig.
