I’m pretty sure quotes can be taken from any coaches pre match team talk and used to suit an agenda.

Not particularly good grammar but I’ll add one from the same teamtalk. ‘But do it legal’

I am going for a Warrington win. Have had a soft spot for them since I saw them beat my team back in the late 40's. It was my first match at the Boulevard in Hull and their team included Brian Bevan, Harry Bath, Gerry Helme and Roy Francis among others. Roy Francis then joined Hull in 1949 as team captain, then became captain/coach and finally coach to provide a golden period in their history during the 50's when they reached 3 successive GF's,winning 2.

I like Wane and what he's about.
Hope he goes out a winner.

Morley never actually connected he just ran over him - unlike Mick Cassidy in the same game :D So yes you have seen something equally as bad at Wigan :D Did you forget that? I also remember a great try from Brad Godden :D

If the ref had more bottle he would have sent him off and Cassidy wouldn't have needed to retaliate and in this game too:

7 mins in, 2 dirty players getting away with their best

He never got the bans he deserved in this country but the aussies banned him enough, they had the bottle.
By the way did you enjoy the result last night?

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

The better of two pretty poor sides won - a dismal game for what should be the highlight of the year.

How many GF's is that?

You confuse my post - you suggested it wasn't possible to die from a single punch to the head even if it were Mike Tyson - that is simply untrue. Research supported by tangible evidence sugests your theory is wrong.

I absolutely didn't. You can die from a relatively minor blow, depending on your personal physiology, let alone a blow from Mike Tyson! What I said is this specific condition is not caused by a single blow (even one from the aforementioned Mr Tyson!) but is the result of repeated and continuous often minor impacts.

As I said earlier, the research is well documented and very informative. Well worth a read.

We do need a GF winner that's not Saints, Wigan or Leeds to increase interest, IMO

Yes he has had a number of head injuries - perhaps Flowers' intervention was the final straw that broke the camel's back?

We need GF Winners That are better than those teams then?
Not Handicap, drag down those teams to a level where the others can compete.

I would say that will create as much if not more interest
