Wakefield Express online have published an article relating to objections regarding building at Newmarket. Wonder if it will make it to the printed paper tomorrow!
Call me pedantic but why is it being framed as 'new rugby ground' rather than 'community stadium'? As we know, this is something the people of Wakefield have been duped by not just rugby fans. Also 'was once earmarked for new rugby ground'....it still is...or atleast it should be! I suppose we can rest assured knowing that new jobs will be created though. Oh and Box has told them to walk away, so I guess that's all he can do really...
Well I actually emailed them outlining the saga so far and asking if they would investigate and report on the issue. Not by any chance claiming any credit as I know others did likewise.
Real piece of investigative journalism there. It wouldn't surprise me if they waited for Jonathon Stone to contact them.
I suspect you're correct on that one. With their track record on this subject I can't see them having been proactive in seeking out a story. Fortunately we have some people working on this that won't let Box and his cronies or Yorkcourt, or even the Wakefield Express get away from their obligations.

Who knows? All I know is that she has been tweeted countless times yet has not even bothered to respond to one single tweet regarding the issue, let alone make some noise about it on her own feed... She is too busy caught up talking about about this year's heatwave and questioning how sustainable the UK's fishing industry is...
