Saw Sam Barlow at Halifax Swimming baths and can say he is out of shape. Take a rigorous preseason to get him fit. Needs to stay off the beer with Murrell

In his day for a forward with a good offload game not many better.

Another half and a proper fullback who comes into the line, after that our 3/4 strengthened with some pace and offer a threat.

According to Matt Shaw on twitter (who's usually pretty good with transfers) sammut is completely wide of the mark

From this country someone like Christian Ackroyd, young and talented with potential to develop. Theres a young halfback in Leeds academy with Halifax roots but he's at least 2 years away from been ready to do a job for us but worth keeping an eye on.

Sammut will be 32 at the start of next season, theres got to be better options from the NSW/Queensland Cup... Fev have just signed 2 from there!
