My guess would be that until they play a game, they're not on the cap, but maybe that's too easy.

edit: and wrong ! Simply the top 25 earners, dual registered are still included on the parent club cap.

We've enough injury problems without having players registered for duels.

Unless you meant "dual registered", of course.
