Not commented on here for a while but two things have really annoyed me :-
1) Peter Kay - full stop. Posts are just irritating and clearly knows nothing about rugby league.
2) Those who do know about RL and comment here have consistently asked for consistency. The current disciplinary system is at best laughable and totally inconsistent. It seems that they take the character of the offending player into account - as stated Hock/Acton will always get a ban for any infringement. I need say no more than Bussey who is a cowardly thug - always coming in late with knees and elbows - clearly punches the young Swinton half back (he stays away from forwards) is said to have made a genuine attempt at tackling and the lad did not even have the ball.
