Another thing that stands out so often these days is the short kick through from a scrum as 99% of teams bring their FB up flat leaving a houwge space behind, remember Yeaman had a couple from this tactic in the past ...
Another good tactic is leave Radford on the bus!

I remmember a few games a couple of years ago where Horne kicked the ball dead and we defended the 20m restart very well and went on to win those games, it is a tactic we should use again against teams with strong backs and FB as the game can't be restarted untill everyone is onside.

Fullbacks pack in as the looseman in scrums and just move straight back into position once the ball is out.

Yep. That tactic would only work for a cross field kick away from the scrum but the winger tends to hang back slightly just in case anyway.

but my point is that move the ball quick through two pairs of hands and dink through, the fullback is meters away and a huge hole behind, it worked for yeaman and co a few times last term you may recall

As Robo has said the open side winger hangs back to mop up any kicks put through infact Hall's try v Quins exploited this as their winger had dropped too far back.
