Hi,
Has there been any news on who will be coaching Skolars next season?
Will they be full time or go back to part time role??

I personally, think some big changes will be made over the off-season and they need to be for the better.

Want to know who your new coach is...?

It's exclusively revealed in BBC London 94.9s podcast this week.

Does anyone actually know who the coach is?

We were half hoping it was going to be Brian McDermott.

Ah, just seen - its James Massara. Good luck to him! We need two strong pro teams in London RL - just a shame at the moment that we have none!! Here's hoping for a better 2010 for Skolars and Quins RL.

Good selection by the club.
James knows the club by being assitant coach in 2006-2007. He knows the system in london being the head coach for the development coaches for the RFL in the South and he has great contacts with Quins also.
I believe that James will continue with the links that latham put in place a couple of season ago and drive the club forward.
He just needs to get some good experience players around the young kids in the team and we should see a much improved Skolars team next season.
Well done.

Great to see James appointed as Head Coach, with his back room staff in place and the Directors, next season will be an approvement given the association with Quins etc. London deserve success.

Well done to everyone who assisted yesterday making it a huge success, great to see the stand full with a good atmosphere and plethora of pies served by the two female entrepeneurs with plenty of banter and persuasive powers !!

Big pat on the back
