Right result to be fair.

Surprisingly we got better second half.

Lots to think about for the coach.

Seen that try they scored direct from a restart. Yes, nice handling by Cas, but some of the attempted defending was a touch on the embarrassing side.

I wholly agree on that.

To be fair to Da Costa he had been off for a HIA at that point I seem to remember and Bousquets may have been in the bin.

Williame followed soon after for a footballeresque kicking the ball away.

The worst oversight from the coach that I saw was Tierney who was clearly unfit getting exposed time and again. The problem was DuPort was dropping the ball so Julien filled in on his wing for a time.

The cup win has heightened expectations, and despite the personnel changes and "celebrations" if McNamara learnt anything from this game, its that his players remain a way off grand final level. Especially between the ears.

Fair comment on the tackling but the very fact they scrambled so hard showed they were at least trying.

Spotted Tierney's problem early on. Seemed to be carrying the leg that was strapped.
