Apparently we have him back on loan for next season. Not disappointed with this,thought he did ok for us.Would have liked Johnson as well. We need some players and they are not easy to come by. Every team needs a ginger. I would have kept Welham, but that ship has long sailed. Welcome back Harvey.

Welham refused what Rovers offered and by the time he decided he would accept it, Rovers had moved on and identified other targets. So why is it not his fault?

Absolutely. When he first broke into the first team at Warrington he looked a fantastic prospect almost on a par with Ben Currie. Some unfortunate injuries and a some bizarre squad selections seemed to have left him out in the cold. Under his old mentor Tony Smith he will hopefully show again the talent he obviously has and kick on further. I really hope he go well for you and starts to really realise his potential.
