No point in playing average sides like last week (no real disrespect intended to Hull) which only serves to lull everyone into a false sense of security.
By playing a top side like Warrington it gives us a much better idea of just where we are at currently and what needs to be done to reach the standards required to compete at the top.
To be honest I half expected to get beat convincingly today though not quite thus admittedly, winning today with so many new players only playing their second game together and against a side like Warrington, who in my opinion will still be at the top or thereabouts by the end of the season was always going to be a big ask.
Having said that there are some worrying signs that need to be addressed very quickly, especially it seems in defense, it will be interesting to hear what Chris Chester had to say in his after match comments.
