Click on the grid to enlarge. Keighley beat Midlands 29-18 in today's only match. Keighley return to the top on points difference with N Wales second. Both are currently on 8 wins from 8 games. There's only one match next weekend: London v Oldham Saturday 4th June: Cornwall v London and the big one N Wales v Keighley Sunday 5th June: Dons v Hunslet; Midlands v W Wales; and Oldham v Swinton The Dons have no game the following weekend. They return to action on Sunday 26th June at N Wales with a trip to Swinton the week after.

Reading the Keighley Twitter feed they were pushed very hard by Midlands and only came out on top late on.

You're welcome. I'm a stats man by trade so I enjoy doing things like this.

I was watching the Keighley score updates. They were 6 points in front in the second half, Dane Chisholm got a drop goal to extend it to seven, so I thought they must be finding it quite tough. They added another try to win by 11.

If Midlands are improving, we might have a game on our hands when we visit their place.

Just seen the result of Skolars v Oldham from Fri 27th May. Skolars 38 Oldham 16. Good for the Skolars obviously but Oldham what the heck?

Oops, I'd forgotten about that match, Wilf. I've been really busy with work. I'll try to update the grid later this evening.

It's a very good result for us in the 5,6,7th place battle involving Hunslet, Oldham and us.

After the defeat of Oldham at London Skolars at the weekend, Oldham have only got 5 points from their 8 games and seem to sinking towards the bottom group of four (Midlands, London, W Wales, and Cornwall). This is good for the Dons as the fifth/sixth place battle now seems to be between us and Hunslet. Whether either Dons or Hunslet can trouble the top four remains to be seen. This weekend's games: Saturday: Cornwall v London; N Wales v Keighley Sunday: Dons v Hunslet; Midlands v W Wales; and Oldham v Swinton We could probably do with Oldham beating Swinton as that might help us close the gap on them in fourth place. Hunslet will go above us if they win on Sunday.

North Wales V Keighley deserves to be on Our League IMO, we surely must have targeted our game against Hunslet as being a vital win and I hope that there is an Oldham backlash and they run Swinton close and win.

I did it last year, but they thrashed us....
This is just like last year...finish 5th then get knocked out somewhere away from home.

To be fair SO we put out a side that day hammered by Covid and the borrowed Eagles players who were crap and didn't turn out again after half time. We outside the 'circle' were not aware of the Covid problems until Hally came out via a press conference to reassure us after the poor run of results. As for 5th place you are probably correct in your estimation, same old same old.

Yes we never had to play that game...
Workington ducked a few and got promoted...but we played on and got thrashed.
Vanity by the management, sorry I meant stupidity.
The whole management is crap.....
