Workington Town have parted company with (sacked) Leon Pryce. His league record this season, 3 wins from 6 seemingly thought not good enough.

Oh dear, losing at home to Haven was obviously too much. Fickle beyond belief.
If you want to know who rules you, simply ask “Who is it that we are not allowed to criticise”?

Not just me then?
Part time job .. equals part time effort.
We need a full time coach.
The entire Hull thing isn't working.
War does not determine who is right - only who is left.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

A Pryceless decision ...
He was only on a Leon deal anyway.

Wouldn't surprise me if there is a Yorkshire/ Lancashire player exodus now

I rate Leon Pryce, think Workington have improved under him and they're a good team to watch. If this ios purely down to the win/loss column it feels like a massive knee jerk reaction. There must be more to it, they have seemingly spent an awful lot of money though

I'm surprised to hear this news. There may be more to it than meets the eye but on the surface it looks as though Workington feel they'll have a better chances of getting this season back on track if they bring someone else in now, perhaps before their situation gets worse.

Their next two league games are: Keighley (a) on 28th April and Hunslet (H) on 19th May.

It'll be interesting to see who the new man is.
