What was pleasing for me was during the second half was Ollie Greensmith looking for the ball in a central position and helping out the middles just like his Dad ( I presume its his Dad - financial times) was mentioning in his post from the Skolars match. He is one very versatile young player.

Well done on your hat trick young man.

Yeah he’s very strong and versatile, great hat trick today not had one of them for a few years, glad I’m not on £5 a try these days  like I said he really is a second rower, if you look at the lines he runs abs where he runs from, reads what’s in front of him and acts accordingly.
Great try saver against a very big ah van, then goes up the other end and scores.
I have to say that was a great team performance there, they were no mugs but the stall got set out very early and every position dominated their opposite number, a clean sheet and almost 70 points (would have been another 10 if 1/2 back hadn’t got his eyes painted on) hopefully get tickets for hunslet next week, should be a cracker of a game :thumb:

Ollie stopping Patrick Ah Van was brilliant. I didn't think the commentators gave him enough credit for it.

Felt sorry for the commentators though as they were trying to find something positive to say about North Wales but they struggled.

The Dons never let them get any momentum and North Wales weren't smart enough to create any.

For me there are two reasons why we're getting our act together more now than in the recent past:

1) We're not relying on any one player to create all the chances; the opposition can't target one man to stop us
2) We've got a good squad of players of our own and there's no DR to work with. DR resulted in chopping and changing every week depending on who Hull decided to let us have.

Think you can combine both of those points DM to one simple one. We've got a good squad.
Very good work off season identifying where we needed to strengthen. Experience in the backs (Misi has been excellent barring a couple of errors) and some really athletic young forwards to bolster what we already had.

Highlights of the game

Just watched the highlights. I missed this on the live stream, watch closely on the very last try, who takes the initial ball in at the start of the phase, and who finishes with the try. Exceptional, young man, exceptional
